Eco Building Products has been awarded a contract to provide wood coated with Eco Red Shield, framework and workforce for the “Green Door” project of Brookfield Homes located in Ontario, California. The purchase orders are evaluated to bring in gross earnings of $400,000.
ECOB’s fully owned subdivision, E Build & Truss entered into an agreement to complete the framework with Eco Red Shield wood for 88 houses of the project. Thirty four residences have already been completed. The present order includes 18 more houses scheduled to start shipment on July 30, with completion scheduled in 3 months.
ECOB fulfils building code stipulations by manufacturing and supplying treated wood products that are resistant to rot, decay, mold, fungus, fire, termites and other insects, and offers buyers a warranty.
The Brookfield Homes development indicates the rebound of the residential building industry happening throughout the nation. ECOB is making concentrated efforts to obtain more residential construction jobs to reinforce its construction achievements in the region.
