Merillat is expanding Merillat Masterpiece®, their premier line of built-to-order semi-custom cabinetry.
Scheduled for September 20, 2005, the expansion includes new door styles and new finishes for cabinetry and decorative accessories. These additions exemplify Merillat’s continuing effort to provide trend-setting styles and options consumers want.
New door styles
The following two new door styles will be added to the offering, giving designers, builders and consumers even more design flexibility to create distinctive kitchens and baths:
Civano. This sophisticated pillow type of square door will be available in Maple, Cherry, Hickory and Oak. It has a mitered molded frame construction with a raised panel and an outside bead profile, as well as a five piece drawer front. Civano has a stylish look that will work in a variety of room decors.
Caliseo. This distinctive Tuscan inspired door, has a solid mitered door frame, a full overlay style, a five piece mitered front inset and a five piece drawer front. It will be available in Maple, Cherry, Hickory and Oak wood species. Glaze finishes will offer a dramatic and distinguishing look not found in our other door styles.
New Finishes for Cabinetry and Accessories
The following five new premium finishes will join the already extensive Merillat Masterpiece offering:
Caramel. This warm golden nut-like semi-transparent finish, will be available in Maple and Birch wood species cabinetry and accessories.
Ginger Glaze. This offering has a subtle touch of color with a semi-transparent finish and deep brown glaze hang up in corners and profile recesses. It will be available in Maple, Cherry and Pine cabinetry and accessories.
Malt Glaze. This soft and warm semi-transparent finish has a natural-like background with a medium brown glaze hang up in corners and recesses. It will be available in Maple, Cherry, Hickory, Oak, Birch and Pine cabinetry and accessories excluding v-groove door styles.
Nutmeg Glaze. This finish has a semi-transparent golden colored background with a deep brown glaze hang up in corners and recesses. It will be available in Maple, Cherry, Hickory, Oak, Birch and Pine cabinetry and accessories excluding v-groove door styles.
Vanilla Bean Glaze. This offering has a creamy semi-transparent background with a warm medium brown glaze hang up in corners and recesses. It will be available in Maple cabinetry and accessories.
New Decorative Accessories
Color Onyx. This distinctive opaque black finish is a great accent or highlight for accessories when combined with virtually any of our cabinet colors. Onyx will be available in Maple wood species only.
