CIRIA has released a report to it's members on whole-life costing (WLC) in construction. The report is the CIRIA funders report FR/CP/106.

This short report brings together the combined experience of some of the UK's foremost professionals and academics practising in the field of whole-life costing (WLC) in construction. It has been compiled from the records of 11 workshops held between January 1998 and July 2003. It is designed primarily as a learning vehicle for those wishing to understand more about the principles and current practice of whole-life costing. Click here to download the report.
