Transition profiles protect floors from damage

When a tiled floor joins to wood, carpet or any other flooring medium, the edge of the tiles runs the risk of damage. In order to prevent this damage Schluter-Systems Ltd, the world market-leader in complete tiling solutions, has available a range of transition profiles in various shapes and materials to complement any floor.

The profiles can also allow for changes in height between flooring mediums. Schluter, has seven different types of profile available in brass and aluminium. For heavy traffic areas, some profiles are available in stainless steel.
