The new DORMA MAME (pronounced ma-MAY) glass door family offers sophisticated European design for interior commercial and residential applications. The MAME family includes door frames, hardware and fitting and specialized glass allowing users to create a breathtaking door that blends seamlessly with contemporary building aesthetics.
The unique MAME system comes complete and ready-to-install. The system comes with all door hardware attached.
Available glass design elements include color, sandblasting, LED lighting, and engraving. Other unique materials such as steel cables, wood or even leather can be incorporated into the glass. Some designs offer interchangeable design elements that can be switched out with the décor.
Others offer textured glass, or artistically broken glass between two other panes. MAME glass doors can even be created to match an existing glass door, and serve as a replacement. Thanks to its exclusive design, the slim MAME aluminum door frame is unusually strong and stable. The doors are equipped with 3/8 inch glass.
In addition to swing doors, the MAME family includes glass sliding door systems. MAME glass sliding doors are fitted with high quality stainless steel and aluminum technical parts, which allow smooth and silent operation.
