Green Building Store has just launched a new range of high performance timber and aluminium-clad windows and doors for the public and commercial sectors.

Manufactured in Eastern Europe, the Megrame range offers a high performance and cost-effective solution for specifiers for whom environmental performance is important but who do not require the full environmental specification of Green Building Store's Ecoplus System. Using ultra-efficient glazing (with a centre pane U value of 1.1w/m²K) and Scandinavian redwood timber, the Megrame range differs from the Ecoplus range in the types of finishes used and factory-finishing.

The Megrame range also offers the option of aluminium-cladding, ensuring complete protection from the elements and solving maintenance issues for larger and taller buildings. A full technical specification service (to National Green Specification format) is available for those specifying Megrame windows and doors.
