Gloves Set to Come Off in Toxic Chinese Drywall Case

Americas Watchdog's Chinese Drywall Complaint Center has been doing everything possible to assist the hundreds of thousands of US homeowners, who now live in a toxic, & potentially lethal home, because of imported Chinese drywall. The group is expanding its investigation to include a desire for every homeowner in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia & Texas to call the group, if they have lost more than two, or three air conditioning coils since 2004. The group also wants to talk with new homeowners in Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, & Texas who were sold a bank owned foreclosure after January 2009, that turned out to contain toxic Chinese drywall.

The group is saying,"the gloves are coming off. These homeowners deserved much better, the federal government's response is a national disgrace, in particular President Obama has yet to directly comment on the issue, the national TV Network's to include NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN or Fox have yet to even send their anchors to cover the worst environmental disaster in US history, and the health of hundreds of thousands of completely innocent US citizens could be at extreme risk. Someone had to try to say something." Affected homeowners can contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via their web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

So what is the big deal about air conditioning coil failures in new, or remodeled homes in Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Mississippi, Texas, or Alabama?

According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "we have heard from homeowners, whose homes contain toxic Chinese drywall, that they were losing air conditioning coils as far back as 2004. Air conditioning coils are supposed to last up to 20 years. There is no way the AC manufactures did not know that the toxic gases from imported Chinese drywall were not the cause of AC coil failures by 2006. No way." The group is also saying, "we think the air conditioning manufacturers put a higher premium on their relationships with homebuilders, than the completely innocent homeowners who now live in a toxic house with Chinese drywall & we intend to prove it." Homeowners who live in a home with toxic Chinese drywall, who have also suffered at least two, or three air conditioning coil failures since 2004 should contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center immediately at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

So why does the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center want to talk with individuals who have purchased a bank foreclosure in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, or Virginia, since February of 2008-who have since found out the home contains toxic Chinese drywall?

According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center, "we think the banks knew they were selling a home with toxic Chinese drywall after January 2009, we know they failed to disclose it, in many to most cases, and we think its criminal. We think this is criminal conduct on the part of the banks is an insult to all US Citizens, and we are going after the banks." If any homeowner purchased a bank foreclosure in Louisiana, Florida, Virginia, Mississippi,Texas, or Alabama after January on 2009, only to discover, after the fact it has toxic Chinese drywall, they should contact the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center at 866-714-6466 immediately, or contact the group via its web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com

Note to President Obama & House Speaker Nancy Pelosi from Americas Watchdog. "Toxic Chinese Drywall is the worst environmental disaster in US history affecting 100,000's of completely innocent US homeowners and their families. The Obama Administration, the US Congress, and various federal agencies have failed miserably to protect these citizens, or to respond in a robust and meaningful way to this disaster. We are formerly demanding the termination of the director's or administrators of the US Environmental Protection Agency, the US Products Safety Commission, & the Centers for Disease Control. The federal response is a direct reflection on the Obama Administration & the US Congress." The group is also saying, "Mr. President, why spend all weekend on TV talk shows pushing health care reform, when you have so miserably failed to respond to, or protect the 100,000's of US citizens & their families who live in a home with toxic Chinese drywall? These precious souls have extreme healthcare issues and you have ignored them?"

Invitation To Fox TV: The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying,"since no one else in the national news media will; please cover the toxic Chinese drywall story in Florida & the other affected states, on a national basis. Once you see the scope & size of this story, you will see how your Acorn reporting will pale in comparison to the toxic Chinese drywall disaster & 100,000's of completely innocent US homeowners, and their families, in the worst mess of their lives." The group is saying, "no US Citizen will trust President Obama, Or House Speaker Pelosi with our nations health care, when they see how poorly they have responded to hundreds of thousands of Americans in the worst health care crisis in our nations history=potentially lethal Chinese drywall in their homes."

The group is also saying, 'and Mr. President, after nine months of weekly press releases, & numerous news articles your US Products Safety Commission has yet to recall one sheet of toxic Chinese drywall, & this worthless federal agencies web site says there have only been 900 complaints in Florida. In just Fort Meyers, Florida alone there are thousands of homes with toxic Chinese drywall. Why have a US Products Safety Commission, if they are this worthless?"

The group is saying,"if you live in a home with toxic Chinese drywall, or know someone who does, please share this press release with everyone you know."
