Home Remodelling Industry Expected to Grow Strong in 2010

Danze Offers Rebates to Help Homeowners Save on Bathroom Projects

A recent census study showed that a mere 11 percent of Americans changed residences between 2007 and 2008, the smallest share since the late 1940s when the government began tracking such information. With homeowners staying put and record-low financing costs, industry experts predict the remodeling industry should show signs of renewed strength as we move into 2010.

To help homeowners more affordably tackle their bathroom remodeling project, Danze, Inc. is offering a nationwide manufacturer direct rebate program (https://www.gerber-us.com/). This program, which is only available thru Nov. 15, 2009, provides a variety of rebates on Danze products that could save homeowners up to $500 per bathroom project.

The aggressive offers to homeowners include $125 rebate on bath vanities, $50 rebate on toilets (including high efficiency toilets), $25 rebate each on sinks, pedestal columns and mirrors, and $25 rebate on bathroom faucets (with the purchase of a fixture product).

"Many homeowners are spending more time in their homes than ever before. With that cocooning tendency, comes the desire to make their home more inviting, up-to-date and personal," said Michael E. Werner, president and CEO of Danze, Inc. "We wanted to help homeowners invest in their current home and put money back in their pockets as they do it."

Danze offers three full collections of bathroom fixtures and furniture (Orrington, Cirtangular and Ziga Zaga), as well as hundreds of lavatory faucets, roman tub faucets, tub/shower options and bath accessories. These room solutions provide an unparalleled combination of high design, quality and performance, in addition to many eco-friendly options (high efficiency toilets, water-saving faucets and more).
