Waltz Construction Announces Groundbreaking for Pioneer Preparatory CFA Project

Challenge Foundation Properties and Waltz Construction will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for the commencement of the new state-of-the-art Pioneer Preparatory CFA project on Tuesday, October 27th at 2:00 PM.

The ceremony will take place on the construction site located at the NE corner of N. 67th Avenue and W. Clerendon Avenue in Phoenix, just behind the YMCA.

All who are interested in this exciting project are welcome to attend.

Pioneer CFA is a member of the TeamCFA. The school opened this past August and is temporarily housed in the Boys and Girls Club at 6629 W Clarendon Avenue in Phoenix, AZ and serves grades K-2. Construction of the state-of-the-art building across the street will accommodate a full enrollment of grades K-8.
