Fence Center Launches Pro Contractor Program to Help Fencing and Landscaping Contractors

Fence Center and its parent company, Sonco Worldwide, today announced the opening of “Pro Contractor” at FenceCenter.com featuring the “Liquidation Market Place.”

The Fence Center “Pro Contractor” program allows fence, landscape, and home improvement contractors nationwide to take advantage of unique sales and business support tools, including installation leads, special discounts in the bulk pricing section, and a fence estimator. The fence estimator allows users to make a drawing of their project online and receive instant material quotes on thousands of heights and styles of fence. A registered contractor has the option of opening their own Online Fence Store, featuring over 4,000 different products. The new online program is free for registered contractors.

“The highlight of the program,” said Tim Long, managing director of FenceCenter.com, “is the new Liquidation Market Place.” Liquidation Market Place allows retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers to post overstocks, canceled jobs, factory seconds, or discontinued items in the market place for sale to consumers or other contractors around the country. Fence Center will take the price requested for the product, add a small administrative fee, calculate the cost of delivery and have the product picked up and delivered to the customer. “With today’s tough economic time” says Long, “everyone is looking to save money wherever they can, and one company’s problem can be someone else’s solution. We think this program is going to be a huge success and as it takes off we will be opening it up to other construction related products as well.”
