KBR Receives 3-Year CCMS Agreement from DuPont

KBR (NYSE: KBR) announced today that it has been awarded a Contracted Construction, Maintenance and Services Agreement (CCMS) by DuPont. The award covers a three year period.

KBR will provide supplemental maintenance and small construction services to DuPont at 19 of its production facilities across the northeast United States and Gulf Coast regions. Permanent presence work teams will be located at each facility to complete construction and maintenance projects as directed by DuPont.

“We are pleased to have been selected by DuPont for this large-scale maintenance services agreement,” said David Zimmerman, President, KBR Services. “This award offers KBR the opportunity to expand upon its existing scope of services in the industrial market and further strengthen KBR’s position in a critically competitive environment.”
