Kanoo Group has awarded Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings the contract to construct, on a turnkey basis, a workshop and showroom with attached warehouse in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
The 8,800 square meter facility will be comprised of civil works mainly excavation, backfilling, imported filling below grade slabs, pile foundations, tie beams, slabs at grade level, precast concrete super structure walls, concrete decking slab at mezzanines, internal block wall, gypsum partitions, plaster, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, aluminum glazed windows, wooden doors, aluminum curtain walls and sectional overhead doors.
Work on the project is expected to start immediately and will require 300 days to complete.
