SWP Partners with Iowa Mold and Tooling for Distribution of IMT products in California, Hawaii

Southwest Products Corporation (SWP) announced today it has reached an agreement with Iowa Mold and Tooling Co., Inc. (IMT) to further the company's distribution rights for IMT products into the California and Hawaii markets. 

"SWP has worked diligently over the past 24 months to strengthen our presence in western markets by investing in people, processes and infrastructure ahead of the economy's rebound," said Tom Haney, president, Southwest Products.  "We are excited to have IMT's vote of confidence in our ability to service and grow the service and crane truck business in California and Hawaii and look forward to meeting the challenge in the months and years ahead."

"SWP has demonstrated a strong commitment to IMT products since becoming the Arizona IMT distributor in 2005," said Eric Neitzke, IMT vice president, sales.  "We are pleased to extend SWP's area of responsibility and look forward to working with them to achieve our sales and service goals in these strategic regions."

"We're excited SWP is expanding their product and service offerings into new territories," said Steve Fairbanks, IMT president. "We are really looking forward to growing this partnership with them, so that we can better meet the needs of our customers."

Effective immediately, SWP will provide IMT sales, parts and service through the company's newly expanded Signal Hill, Calif. location, and the Phoenix, Ariz. location.
