Guardian Building Products (GBP) announces the launch of its new fiberglass insulation with ecoGuard™ technology.
This technology produces eco-friendly fiberglass insulation that combines our advanced thermal technology and energy performance without adding dyes or formaldehyde.
The outcome is an exciting new product both in appearance and sustainability. Guardian Fiberglass Insulation with ecoGuard™ technology is a white, no formaldehyde added, high performance product line available to the residential and commercial construction markets. With at least 35 percent recycled content and no added dyes or formaldehyde, this latest technology is Guardian Building Products’ most innovative achievement to date, marking a significant change in Guardian’s 30-year fiberglass production process.

For years, GBP has made a point to produce products that will meet or exceed the rigorous GREENGUARD® testing in order to promote indoor air quality and better health. And most recently, Guardian Fiberglass Insulation with ecoGuard™ technology has achieved GREENGUARD’S newest standard – GREENGUARD® Formaldehyde Free Declaration. This declaration indicates that a product is virtually free of formaldehyde and meets the additional stringent certification requirements of the GREENGUARD® Certification Program.
