MCR Development LLC, the seventh largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, today announced it has completed a renovation of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bentonville Rogers, a 99-room select-service hotel located just minutes from numerous business and leisure demand generators in Rogers, Arkansas.
The renovation enhances the staying experience for business and leisure travelers alike and offers a modern and comfortable environment for hosting corporate/family functions and special events.
Located just off Interstate 49, the main travel artery in Rogers, the renovation at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bentonville Rogers involved removing a partition that separated the lobby and dining area to create a more inviting and open gathering space to accommodate personal and business gatherings and social events. Additional improvements included outfitting the lobby, guestrooms and fitness center with all new furniture for enhanced guest comfort, as well as fresh carpet and wall treatments throughout the entire hotel. The meeting center received a brand new TV that is compatible with mobile devices and computers.
The renovation is part of MCR’s commitment to provide the growing number of travelers who visit Northwest Arkansas each year with a high-quality and convenient staying option in proximity to the numerous business generators in Bentonville, home to retail giant Walmart Stores and regional office for The Clorox Company, and Lowell, home of J.B.
