HMI Launches New Polyurethane Injection Gun Designed for Lifting Concrete

HMI, the world leader in development and manufacturing of concrete lifting processes and equipment has announced the release of a NEW polyurethane injection gun designed specifically for concrete lifting. The "EliteONE" has been in design for years and is now available to polyurethane concrete lifting contractors.

When asked for comment, Jeff Cvetezar, HMI President, noted: "We are delighted to now offer the 'EliteONE' to polyurethane concrete lifters worldwide. Years of design and testing now have paid off as we can supply the market with a piece of equipment that has less chance of backups, is less expensive to maintain, more efficient and in the end will make contractors more money."

The NEW "EliteONE" is an air purged polyurethane injection gun. The equipment is valve operated with one way check valves and utilizes material pressure gauges so the operator can monitor pressures at the gun before injecting. "EliteONE" enjoys a swivel at the point of connection to an injection port and an easy to operate handle to control air flow and foam injection.

HMI predicts operators will save thousands of dollars annually in equipment maintenance costs since the "EliteONE" fewer moving parts and less expensive orings.

The NEW "EliteONE" is complimented by the release of a new "ElitePort." This new port has an easy twist to connect locking mechanism to attach to the "EliteONE" swivel connector.

Jeff Cvetezar summarized the product line as: "More dependable, more efficient, easier to use with a lower cost of maintenance."

HMI has been providing quality concrete lifting equipment and material to the market since 1974. Its customers and its own contracting division have performed hundreds of thousands of successful projects for government, commercial entities and residential home owners. Insights gained for over four decades lifting and leveling airport runways, highways/roads, factory floors, driveways, walkways and more went into the development of "EliteONE."
