Mattamy Homes Inc., a leading homebuilder in the Carolinas, has purchased 83 premium homesites at Millbridge, a master planned-community being developed by GS Companies in Waxhaw, N.C.
"We are delighted to be part of Millbridge; this represents our first opportunity to showcase our latest and largest home designs, including homes built specifically for corner lots," said Scott Osmond, division president, Mattamy Homes, Inc.
Mattamy Homes will build single-family homes at Millbridge priced in the $300s - $400s, ranging from 2,200 to 3,900 square feet. These newly created home designs will target the entry-level position within Millbridge and will include ranch homes, 2-story homes and unique corner lot homes.
"Mattamy's homes, situated around the community's amenities and signature covered bridge, will underscore the classic architecture and timeless aesthetics of Millbridge," said Tom Scott, president/partner of Charlotte-based GS Companies.
