The BioRegional Development Group has launched the Carbon Neutral Toolkit, a report that outlines the lessons learned in designing and building the Beddington Zero (fossil) Energy Development (BedZED).

The report covers topics such as:

how to build zero net carbon emissions buildings that yield a respectable financial return on investment
analysis of to what degree sustainable buildings are a marketable commodity
the added value due to the scheme’s sustainability features
benefits from the added value and incorporating that into design decisions
