This Saturday and Sunday are the final two days of Lakes of Bella Terra's Million Dollar Homes Showcase, a special grand opening featuring homes selling from the $180's all the way to $2 million.
The first two weekends generated plenty of "oohs" and "aahs" as more than 1,200 guests took the grand tour of Lakes of Bella Terra, the newest resort-style community by Ryko Development, Houston's 2007 "Developer of the Year".
Those familiar with Ryko's other highly sought after communities, such as Lakes on Eldridge and Lakes on Eldridge North, had high expectations for Lakes of Bella Terra.
"I've personally lived in two Ryko communities, so I feel like I can speak with some authority," said Tracy Bogiel, a Realtor with Gary Greene, Prudential. She described Lakes of Bella Terra as "the place to be" and suggested that Ryko is especially great about creating and maintaining an upscale ambience for their communities.
"All of the people that I have helped move to Ryko communities just rave about them," said Phoebe Giddens, a Realtor with Royal Oaks Fine Properties. "I have just previewed all of the homes at Lakes of Bella Terra and I was very impressed. You get a lot for your money here."
The final weekend of the Million Dollar Homes Showcase provides an opportunity for people to tour 3 spectacular, lavishly furnished, waterfront custom homes by Masterpiece Custom Builders Ltd., Ronny Carroll Custom Homes and Westport. These one-of-a-kind designs are part of Lakes of Bella Terra's Estate Custom Homes collection situated in a gated enclave within the community.
Boasting exquisite features and finishes, such as outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, covered verandas and balconies, first floor master suites, and sunken media rooms, the Estate Custom Homes are now selling from the $600's to $2 million.
During the Million Dollar Homes Showcase, people can also tour 10 decorated Executive Home models, as well as Lakes of Bella Terra's multi-million dollar Recreation Center.
Lakes of Bella Terra's Executive Homes are by many of Houston's most respected builders: Newmark Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, David Powers Homes, Fedrick Harris Estate Homes, Village Builders, Westport, and Wilshire Homes. Executive Homes are selling from the $180's to the $600's.
Lakes of Bella Terra's Recreation Center features a junior Olympic pool, water playground, tennis courts, volleyball courts, state-of-the-art exercise center, and community gathering rooms.
