Hidden Homes Exposed

London Borough of Wandsworth councillor Martin D Johnson has presented the celebration key to the first resident of six extra-large sized new homes built by Higgins on the Lennox Estate.

Space for the three-bedroom homes that measure at least 120 square metres was created from the £4 million redevelopment of previously neglected areas within the 21/4-acre site, such as a 90-space basement car parked demolished in 2003.

This project is part of Wandsworth’s Hidden Homes initiative, which is on target to develop 200 new homes from under-used and derelict spaces in the borough.
