Bradbury and LEEP to Jointly Market LeepCore Building System

The Bradbury Co., Inc. (“Bradbury”) and LEEP, Inc. (“LEEP”) (Pink Sheets: LPPI), announced today that they have entered into a Joint Marketing Agreement to market the patented LeepCore™ building system and structural insulated panels.

The two companies will participate jointly in marketing and promotional activities, and share marketing materials, sales tools and personnel, to enable them to sell LeepCore™ panels and buildings, the Bradbury equipment to manufacture LeepCore™, and licenses to build manufacturing facilities. They have agreed to share the use of trademarks, company resources, business associates and strategic alliances in this effort. Targeted international markets include China, India, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, The Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, Burma, Australia, and New Zealand.

Bradbury is part of The Bradbury Group of privately held manufacturing companies dedicated to producing high quality, productivity-enhancing metal processing equipment for companies around the world, and is the manufacturer of the steel roll-forming equipment currently used by LEEP, Inc. to manufacture its LeepCore™ structural insulated panels. The Bradbury Group also includes American Machine and Rollform Tech, Inc. (Marion, KS), Beck Automation, LLC, (Saint Louis, MO), Hayes International (New Zealand and Australia), Marion Die and Fixture (Marion, KS), Bradbury International UK Ltd. (Europe), and Bradbury Machinery (Shanghai, China). Founded in 1959, Bradbury now has a product line covering gauge ranges up to 1” (25mm) that includes rollforming equipment, levelers, coil processing lines and automated production systems. High quality product, on-time delivery, and service after the sale, are hallmarks of The Bradbury Group global operations.

The demand, both domestic and foreign, for building materials that conserve energy and preserve natural resources, is growing rapidly, and LeepCore™ is ready to fulfill the demand. Bradbury equipment is ideally suited for the manufacture of LeepCore™ panels. Bradbury and LEEP will collaborate to produce and sell LeepCore™ panels in bulk, LeepCore™ building systems, and LeepCore™ kit buildings. The companies will also sell or lease Bradbury equipment customized for the high-speed production of LeepCore™ panels to companies who will manufacture the panels, either via new joint ventures, or royalty-based licensing agreements. A particular focus will be to leverage existing relationships with the building industry in China, where they are quite eager to pursue modern, alternative building material technology.

LEEP, Inc. developed and manufactures the patented LeepCore™ structural insulated panel, which features an embossed, painted, and roll-formed galvanized steel exterior skin, with a proprietary, high-density, closed cell polyurethane foam center. The combination of structure form, and materials, give the R-25 rated LeepCore™ panel a unique structural strength, yet lightweight, which is unsurpassed in the industry. As a result, LEEP, Inc. has established new standards of efficiency, effectiveness and value within the construction industry. LeepCore™ constructed buildings are stronger, lighter, faster to erect, environmentally clean and more cost effective than building structures built with traditional wood, concrete and steel building materials. The Company operates a 33,000 square foot manufacturing plant in eastern Pennsylvania.

David Cox, President and Chief Operating Officer for Bradbury Co., Inc, stated, ”We are excited about the opportunity to work with LEEP to introduce their product to the market in conjunction with our equipment. Having supplied equipment to the industry for the manufacture of insulated sandwich panels for many years, we are pleased to be in a position to offer the LeepCore™ patented technology in conjunction with our equipment to provide solutions to our customers to advance their green initiatives.

John Nordstrom, Chief Executive Officer of LEEP, Inc. added, “We are extremely pleased to enter into this agreement with The Bradbury Company. They are a well established, quality oriented, professional group of people who are innovative in the marketplace and the factory. There are significant synergies between our companies, and we look forward to working as a team to sell our products, and to establish strategic alliances to manufacture the LeepCore™ panel with the use of Bradbury equipment. Their presence and operations in markets like China, India, Great Britain, New Zealand, and others, greatly enhances our ability to navigate successfully in those markets abroad.”
