NCC Selected to Build Sections of New Suspension Bridge in Norway

NCC has been commissioned to construct sections of the second longest suspension bridge in Norway. NCC’s sections comprise two connecting bridges and two pylons (bridge pillars) made of concrete. The order is worth SEK 739 million and will be registered during the second quarter of 2013.

Construction Begins on New Intermodal Terminal in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield

Officials from CSX Corporation and its transportation and intermodal terminals subsidiaries today joined officials from the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield and the Province of Quebec at a formal groundbreaking ceremony for the new intermodal terminal in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Construction began in March and the terminal is expected to open in 2015.
