Mitsubishi Electric, ETA Ascon Establish Elevator and Escalator Joint Venture in India

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced that it has established a joint venture company, Mitsubishi Elevator ETA India Private Limited, to sell, manufacture, install and provide maintenance for elevators and escalators in India. Headquartered in Chennai, the joint venture was formed with UAE-based ETA Ascon Holding LLC and will start business in January 2013.

JM Agrees to Construct and Sell Rental Apartments in Dalénum, Lidingö, Stockholm

JM has signed an agreement regarding the construction and sales of its rental unit project in Dalénum, Lidingö, Stockholm. The project consists of 146 rental apartments. The transaction is worth approximately SEK 350m, and the outcome will be reported on a running basis between 2013 and 2015 within the JM Property Development business segment.

NCC to Develop New Climate Smart Office for Pembroke Real Estate

NCC has been commissioned by Pembroke Real Estate, to build a new office building in the city of Stockholm. The assignment comprises the new build of 35,000 square meters of office space. The office building, with Nordea as the largest tenant, is scheduled to be completed in summer 2015. The order value is SEK 1 billion and the order will be registered in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Huttig Building Products Signs Deal to Extend $120M Senior Secured Credit Facility

Huttig Building Products, Inc., a leading domestic distributor of millwork, building materials and wood products, today announced it has entered into an agreement to amend and extend its $120 million senior secured credit facility. The amendment, among other things, extends the facility for five years from the execution date, to December 21, 2017. The amended facility can be increased to $160 million, through an uncommitted $40 million accordion feature, subject to certain conditions. General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC) and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC (Wells Fargo) are co-lenders under the facility.
