Cretex Companies today announced that, through its subsidiary Cretex Concrete Products West, Inc., it has acquired the assets of Concrete Products of Wyoming Co. (CPW), located in Casper, WY.
CPW is a leading manufacturer of reinforced concrete pipe and precast concrete products for the construction, infrastructure, and energy markets in Wyoming.
