Del-Sano Begins Two Construction Projects in New Jersey

Del-Sano Contracting Corp. has started construction on two major projects in New Jersey during the past week:Kershaw Commons, located in Freehold, NJ, and The Village at St. Peters located in Pleasantville, NJ.

Kershaw Commons (Freehold)

On August 17, Del-Sano Contracting Corp. broke ground on Kershaw Commons in Freehold, an apartment project specifically designed for those afflicted with multiple sclerosis (MS). The 31-unit affordable residential rental project, located on Gully Road, behind Applewood Estates, will be Energy Star Certified and include the Green Source requirements established by the NJHMFA. It is the only housing designed specifically for those with MS in the Eastern U.S.

Larry and Ken Regan of Regan Development Corp., established a collaboration between the Centra State Medical Centers Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Center, Mike Elkow of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth, the NJHMFA, NJDCA and TD Bank, as well as Raymond James Tax Credit Funds. Del-Sano Contracting applauds their leadership and the collaborative efforts of all as we proudly develop the site in honor of Mayor Kershaw.

The Village at St. Peters (Pleasantville)
