Peab to Construct New Apartments in Oslo, Norway

Peab's (STO:PEABB) Norwegian subsidiary Peab AS has been commissioned to build 135 new apartments on Skullerud Square in Oslo.

The client is Olaf Helsets vei 1 and the contract amounts to NOK 140 million. The apartments in this project are aimed at all ages. Accommodation cost and the standard allows them addressed to a broad audience and attention has been devoted to finding environmentally friendly solutions. The mission will be launched in January 2011 and is expected to be finalized in full spring / summer 2012th.
