Peab Purchases Two Construction Businesses

Peab (STO:PEABB) acquires Cramo Entreprenad and Yttre Miljö of a total turnover of SEK 120 million.

The two businesses will continue to be conducted under the brands Cliffton and Stockholm Entreprenad, both part of the Peab Group.

Peab sells the major part of Peabs Finnish rental operations to Cramo with a turnover amounting to SEK 20 million. Peab also signs a multi-year co-operation agreement with Cramo concerning rental machines in Finland.
