Innovative Modular Pre-Fabrication LLC (“Innovative”) announces its acquisition of assets from Eggrock, Inc., North America’s largest manufacturer of factory-built, prefabricated bathrooms.
Innovative will offer an expanded product line, including factory-built, prefabricated bathrooms, under the name Eggrock™ Modular Solutions. Innovative is an affiliate of KHS&S Contractors, one of the largest design-assist specialty contractors in the world.
“The construction industry has been extremely receptive to our factory-built bathrooms,” said Jeff Barrett, Eggrock Modular Solutions. “The new ownership provides long-term financial stability and gives customers the confidence they require when buying a product as important to a project as a bathroom.” To date, more than 4,000 Eggrock bathrooms have been installed across North America, more installations than all other competitors combined.
“Prefabrication is a key to reducing project schedules and improving construction quality,” said Ken Bock, vice president of business development for KHS&S, which has offered a variety of prefabricated building components for the past decade. “This is consistent with our long-term strategy of investing in processes that merge technology and craftsmanship in order to offer our customers better building options.”

Using 3D computer modeling, Eggrock Modular Solutions’ bathroom design process assures that hundreds of components to a bathroom are integrated to fit perfectly into a project. Additionally, the company’s precision manufacturing and rigorous pre-delivery inspection process eliminate the on-site bathroom punch list, shaving up to two months off the construction schedule.
