On 18 November 2009, CCCC Water Transportation Consultants Co., Ltd. signed the EPC project of berth construction of Ningde Port with Fujian Sandu’ao International Container Terminal Co., Ltd. (“SDACT”).
The total contract value amounted to RMB990 million with construction period of 30 months.
This is one of the key projects of infrastructure construction in Fujian with coastline of 571m long. It is composed of one multi-purpose berth with capacity of 50,000DWT, and one general cargo berth with capacity of 40,000DWT. The auxiliary construction includes land formation, road and yard engineering, lighting, water supply, heating and ventilation, fire control, environment protection, Energy Conservation, etc.
