Forza Environmental Building Products, Inc. (OTCQB:GUGO) announces today an agreement for the sale of 40,000 of its Artzer Z-Panels™ to Merry Home, SA de CV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mytek International, Inc. Merry Home has agreed to purchase the building panels for a total sale of US$2,000,000.
The panels will be used in the construction of 500 homes at the "Los Pinos" project in Baja California, Mexico.

It has already completed the 200 unit Phase 1 of the overall project. The company is now exploring a variety of additional projects throughout the Americas.
