InPro Corporation today announced it has executed a strategic alliance agreement with its European manufacturer and partner, the Gradus Group, headquartered in Macclesfield, UK.
This marks a major advancement in a 10-year relationship that focused mainly on sales in the UK and France. The new alliance will now also encompass Asia, the Middle East, the Far East and India.
InPro, the leader in architectural building products, relied on Gradus to manufacture wall and door protection products for distribution in Europe. The broad portfolio of interior and exterior products currently marketed through each company is to be coordinated in order to offer clients and customers further opportunities by leveraging the geographical strengths of each company.
InPro’s strengths in the Middle East will be complemented by the Gradus Group’s organization with offices in the UK, France and Singapore. InPro will shift a member of its international sales team to the UK to support the launch of the new alliance. A second phase of the arrangement will establish a sales office in the Middle East during the first half of 2011.
