Turner Construction Company, the nation's largest commercial builder, has been selected by Maxim Integrated Products to serve as the construction manager for a 140,000 square foot office building on the company's corporate campus in Farmers Branch, Texas. The project is scheduled to achieve a LEED Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
"We are proud to have been selected as the construction manager for this important facility to enable Maxim to expand its presence in the North Texas market," said Matt Papenfus, vice president and regional manager of Turner's Texas offices.
Turner and Corgan Associates, the architect for the project, have completed more than 150 projects together over the past decade.
