BE Group to Supply 1,450 Tonnes of Steel Beams to Peab Grundläggning

BE Group Sweden (STO:BEGR) has secured a transaction whereby it will deliver approximately 1,450 tonnes of steel beams to Peab’s foundation engineering operation (Peab Grundläggning AB) between December 2010 and February 2011.

The steel beams will be delivered from BE Group in fully loaded rail wagons and are to be used for a bridge needed in the piling of a quay in the Port of Gävle, Sweden. The value of the order amounts to approximately SEK 9M.

“Beams represent one of the product segments in which BE Group is strongest and it feels very positive to be entering 2011 with a project of this kind”, comments Stefan Eklund, Business Area Manager for BE Group Sweden.
