Pardee Homes' cool new townhome neighborhood in Carmel Country Highlands received a SoCal Award for Best Product Design of an Attached Community at the recent SoCal awards program sponsored by Sales and Marketing Councils throughout Southern California.
Highlands Village, which offers home shoppers a carefree lifestyle and contemporary design, was also a finalist for the coveted Community of the Year and Consumer Choice awards.
