Cretex Companies today announced that, through its subsidiary Cretex Concrete Products Midwest, Inc., it has acquired the assets of Quality Concrete Pipe, Inc. (QCP) and its affiliated company CSI Precast, LLC, (CSI) in Des Moines, IA.
QCP, which also does business under the CSI Precast brand, manufactures reinforced concrete pipe, box culverts, drainage and utility structures and precast retaining walls.

The addition of QCP allows us to market to a broader customer base and expands our product offering.”
