KB Racking to Provide Racking Systems for Eight Large-Scale Rooftop Solar Installations

KB Racking today completed the negotiations on a deal to provide its racking systems for 1.82 MWp of commercial solar installations across 8 rooftops. The first project should come online in May and all are scheduled for completion in 2011.

AeroRack 100

The selected model is the AeroRack 100: a lightweight ballast-free, non-penetrating flat roof mounting system for large photovoltaic arrays. Its patented quick click system is designed to reduce installation costs through speed and ease of assembly. The racking system is tested to withstand heavy snow loads and winds of up to 180km/h.

The AeroRack 100 is entirely sourced and manufactured in Ontario. It is fully compliant with the Ontario Domestic Content Requirements of the Feed-In Tariff Program.
