Inverted Roofing System - Cold Applied and Seamless

Following the success of their Cold Fusion Bonded Built-Up Roofing System, Liquid Plastics have developed a built-up system for inverted situations that can also be completely cold applied. The Inverted Roof System has all the advantages of the Cold Fusion Bonded Built-Up Roofing System including the seamless Decothane waterproofing layer, positioned below the insulation to provide complete waterproof protection.

The Liquid Plastics' Inverted Roof System offers several advantages over traditional warm and cold low pitched flat roofs:

  • The system is totally cold applied
  • It is seamless, eliminating risk of leaks due to failure of joints
  • The roof is safe from condensation risk
  • Decothane Inverted Roofing Systems can be expected to have a life in excess of that obtained in an exposed situation as it is protected from mechanical damage, solar radiation and ultra violet degradation and temperature extremes
  • Waterproofing is on the warm side of the Liquid Plastics' Inverted Roof Board, eliminating freeze/thaw cycles
  • The root resistant membrane eliminates the possibility of root penetration
  • Insulation can be lifted to allow inspection of the waterproofing system
  • The roof is resistant to foot traffic
  • It has high compressive strength
  • CFC/HCFC free with Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP)
