Meridian Systems, a company that provides Plan-Build-Operate technology solutions for project-based institutions, has declared that Ryan Companies US (Ryan), a real estate managing company that designs, develops and builds projects, is utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) in combination with its patented Proliance software.
Ryan is directly interacting with Horizontal Systems, an independent software vendor selling Meridian products to incorporate the BIM data with its existing capital program management software facility.
The Proliance software exclusively mixes the project and portfolio management, the management of business processes and the business analytics into a single system of record thus allowing the bigger companies to trail the performance of their construction, real estate and other installations portfolios. According to Frank Sarno, construction application’s director of Ryan, the installation of advanced technologies will enable the company to better its Infrastructure Lifecycle Management procedures thus allowing the company to exploit its BIM potently.
Frank Sarno further explained that the current integration of Glue Server installed by Horizontal with that of Proliance software of Meridian, will allow the company to have real time discussions substituting the earlier held group meetings thus allowing the company to save on its working hours. Ryan is utilizing Proliance from 2007.
