Ottawa Commercial Contractors to Refurbish Interiors of Social Services Building
The City of Ottawa's Social Services Building, built in 1964 and again refurbished in 1988 is currently getting its interiors modernized.
Ottawa Commercial Contractors who are engaged for the modernization of the three-storied 67,000-square-foot building will completely dress up the interior of the building on the ground level and lower floors.
During the commercial renovation process, Ottawa Commercial Contractors will remove the unneeded partitions over the floor space to make the interior spacious and will replace the doors and window frames with innovative customized appearance It will make improvements in the present electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems of the building and prepare rough-ins for installing new HVAC systems. To improve the safety and security of the building, the company will install up-to-date type of fire protection systems and security systems.
This renovation project is a piece of the bigger sized three-phase interior modernization and commercial refurbishment project granted by city of Ottawa to Ottawa Commercial Contractors in December last year. The project is anticipated to get completed in March this year.
