CityMark Development to Begin Home Construction at Beacons
CityMark Development declared that it has started the construction of homes at Beacons, which consists of 10 separate houses situated in Leucadia next to the coast and west of highway 101.
The proposed design and plan of the homes will provide increased access to coastal living in an area that will continue to preserve the character of Leucadia.
The proposed homes situated close to the corner of Highway 101 and Daphne St will offer three or four bedrooms in sizes ranging from 1,930 to 3,150 square feet. The homes are designed to provide top level living standards with a range of facilities. CityMark allows the prospective home owners to choose finishing options according to their individual requirements.
According to Richard Gustafson, President of CityMark, the unique homes are designed to provide the residents of Leucadia to get the feel of the city with its beaches, shops and restaurants.
