BAMCO Announces the Introduction of FABLOGIC Aluminum Composite Panels
BAMCO, a company engaged in the design and manufacture of composite metal panels, has announced the introduction of its patented FABLOGIC product line. A range of aluminum composite panel models are included in the product line.
The C-500 panels feature a silicone caulk joint and are manufactured utilizing rout-and-return process. The G-500 panel is specifically designed with deep-set tough silicone gasket joinery and uncut interconnecting extrusions connecting the border. The D-500, which utilizes the rain screen technology, requires low level of maintenance. The lightweight system, D-500 can be manufactured in intricate shapes and curves. BAMCO’s latest I-500 is fitted with the internal gaskets to offer a total weather-sealed system, which appears very similar to a rain screen or open joint system.
Some of the significant characteristics of the FABLOGIC panels include lightweight and low-level maintenance construction. Moreover, FABLOGIC panels can be fixed over a range of substrates and features an insulating thin film on the rear side. The panels are supplied in 4 mm or 6 mm composite panel types with widths up to 5 feet and lengths up to 24 feet. The FR core material can be made available for NFPA 285 multi-story fire testing as per IBC 2009 standards. The products are examined and approved in accordance with ASTM and AAMA. The products are manufactured utilizing lean manufacturing techniques and fabricated to meet LEED standards.
