Roofing Supply Group Acquires Construction Resource

Roofing Supply Group, a wholesale distributor of roofing and other related material supplies and a portfolio company of the Sterling Group, has declared the acquisition of Construction Resource (CRI), a Northern California-based company that supplies waterproofing commercial roofing materials.

Construction Resource in addition to supplying waterproofing and commercial roofing products has also functioned as a distributor for CETCO Waterproofing and Firestone roofing for the past twenty years. The company has established good rapport with architects, project proprietors and commercial roofing contractors through its quality customer services.

Currently, Roofing Supply Group distributes the products through its established network of 56 branches located across 22 states. The company concentrates solely on roofing products and equipment for commercial and residential areas. The take-over by CRI will  strengthen the strategic location of the company and allow it to enlarge its client’s base.
