The newly constructed four storied building is slated to open during the second quarter of 2011. This will be the first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel to come up in Mexico and will come in other locations such as Mexico City and Merida in the latter part of this year.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Querétaro will have 100 guestrooms, a meeting room, a health club and a business centre. The hotel is located close to the world-famous, La Correigidora football stadium and the Querétaro Convention Center. The places such as Downtown and Cerro de las Campanas, Industrial Park Bernardo Quintana and the Industrial Park El Marquez are located within 10 minute driving distance from the hotel.

According to Rob Palleschi, DoubleTree by Hilton hotels global head, the DoubleTree by Hilton construction in Querétaro symbolizes the right initiative of the company in developing the growth of the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel brand in the Caribbean and Latin America thus joining the hotel chain already opened in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica and Peru.
