Evader to Construct Integrated Group Housing Project in New Chandigarh

ASCC’s subsidiary, Evader, has declared the Phase 1 launch of a 480 block integrated group housing project valued around $ 33 million U.S. dollars in New Chandigarh. This is the first ever group housing project initiated by a national level real estate company in New Chandigarh.

The proposed project located at the fringe of the city will be built on 11 acres of green area and 75% of the land area has been earmarked for open space. The project will be completed with eight floor buildings, offering a total of 480 building units. The modern apartments are offered in two, three bedrooms and three bedrooms with connected servant quarters with price ranging from US $38,000 to US $67,000.

Other amenities of the project include 100% back-up, swimming pool, health club, 24 h water supply, security and provision for pipe gas supply.
