This will assist the refinery to improve the crude oil for better end products and to cope up with the proposed legislations related to sulfur oxide emissions in Thailand.
The use of the deep cut vacuum technology will cut down the residual production and reduce the effects of heavier crude slates. The proposed sour gas handling facility will include a tail gas treatment unit and a sulfur recovery unit and the increased level of hydrogen generation will be achieved by the erection of a new pressure swing absorption unit.
