The Linde Group, a technology group, declared that it has concluded a long-term accord to supply industrial gases to PT. Krakatau POSCO (PTKP), the Indonesian steel corporation. The accord was signed by PTKP and Linde Indonesia, an associate of The Linde Group.

PTKP is a partnership venture between Krakatau Steel and the South Korean steel corporation, POSCO. PTKP is in the process of building the integrated steelworks with an initial yearly manufacturing capability of 3 mt. The new ASU is anticipated to be operational by October 2013.
