New Hilton Garden Inn in the Gateway Area Prepares to Open

The new hotel features around 149 rooms with the latest décor, which includes a 37” flat panel high definition TVs, 10 suites, a lounge area and a full service bar, a whirlpool and a heated saline pool and the latest Precor Fitness Center of Hilton.

LEI utilized its decades of engineering expertise in the completion of the waterline and sanitary sewer design and grading design for the hotel to enable it to receive construction permits in time for the construction commencement. Before submitting its proposals, the company has assessed the prevailing site drainage conditions and designed a storm-water drainage facility to provide the comfort of water treatment and passage for the complete site.

The water drainage arrangement installed by the company meets the demands of the City of Springfield to treat the water before its entry into the public storm water system, which includes vegetated swales and water quality catch basins. The company has also formulated and installed proper sedimentation and erosion control systems for the whole site to provide an outlet for the storm water for a period of 25 years.
