With Government policy seeking to deliver substantial numbers of new homes with minimal use of greenfield sites, housebuilders are required by planning guidance to build at higher density. The right design is essential to ensure that higher density development appeals to homebuyers.

With this in mind The House Builders Federation (HBF) “Designing Homes for Life” brochure showcases the UK’s finest new housing schemes.

Developers are invited to submit their best work for the 2004 edition, which will be published in March 2004. Application forms are now available and can be downloaded from the source link below.
