Irvine Pacific introduces Santa Maria Neighborhood in Stonegate Village

Irvine Pacific declared that it will be opening its latest neighborhood construction Santa Maria on Saturday, October 15, 2011 and the function will take place at the village of Stonegate.

During the opening ceremony, home buyers will be allowed to go through the model homes constructed over the property situated between Jeffrey road and Sand Canyon Avenue during the day time.

The three types of model homes provided by it are designed to offer a collection of stylish floor plans with living area sizes ranging from 1,386 sq. ft. to 1,614 sq. ft. suitable for flats and townhome constructions that support both indoor and outdoor living. The new constructions with mid-level average price are available with two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, along with gourmet kitchens fitted with stainless steel gadgets and roomy living areas. For select type of floor plans it provides a bedroom in the first floor, along with courtyards, decks or atriums for open-air entertainment.

Irvine Pacific homes offer some of the innovative concepts in their constructions, which include outdoor and indoor living areas that offer more practical usage, bigger sized kitchens, flexible type of rooms and entertainment areas. The other design components that are liked and favored by the home purchasers include coffered ceilings, crown moldings, large sized windows, built-in-desks, bigger sized kitchen islands, wider hallways, bathtubs and larger sized bedrooms.

Santa Maria, also has a number of recreation features, sports facilities, swimming pools, and is close to shopping centers. Stonegate Elementary School is close by for the school going children.
