Ryan Homes to Construct Single-Family Houses at Spring Meadows Estate

NVR, a mortgage banking and homebuilding company, has declared its proposal to build single-family housing accommodations at Spring Meadows Estates located in Beavercreek Township, OH. The community constructed at Spring Meadows Estates by Ryan Homes division owned by NVR, provides private accommodation in an area bordered by natural forests.

The new homes at Spring Meadows Estates are provided with a maximum of 5 bedrooms and 4-1/2 bath facilities with a range of 2-storeyed floor plans and farm facilities occupying around 4,000 sq ft area. All the new constructions will have brick construction at the front, dimensional shingles, beaded siding, grass in the front and sides, landscaping and a lamp post. All the models are provided with 2-car garage facility. The other tailor-made facilities provided in the constructions include decks, morning rooms, hardwood flooring, and garage facility for 3 cars, extra rooms, finished basements, gourmet islands, granite countertops and others.

The new home plots at Spring Meadows Estates are surrounded by open space and ponds and it is placed at the dead-end of streets. The place is located close to transport routes such as route 35, I-675 and I-70 and in shorter distance from Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The community is placed in close proximity to the entertainment, dining and shopping requirements and is located inside Beavercreek School District.

All the homes at Spring Meadows Estate will be constructed to meet the requirements of ENERGY STAR certification and will consume around 30% lesser than other normal home constructions.
